I love this piece by Ben Borowski that compiles all of Notion's plan, formula, and API limits.

While you can perform many of the same functions in Notion as you can in traditional spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, you may find that you reach the limits of what Notion can do as you begin doing more advanced data-heavy calculations and Formulas.

A few examples:

• Notion Charts → You can display max. 200 bars/slices
• "Sorry, that request was too large. Try import instead?" → You can add up to 750 KB of text before hitting this error message
• Automations → Can have a maximum of 100 steps
